Hi Reader,
Every Monday I bring you one thing worth knowing and one thing worth trying.
Let's get into it.
The big thought...
Every entrepreneur I know has a folder of half finished automations. Tools installed and abandoned. A workflow started, never finished.
We keep blaming the tool. Try a new one. Then another one. The folder gets bigger. The system never gets built.
People throw around the word workflow constantly. Do you even know what that means and why you might need it.
Here is what I want you to picture. A workflow is not a tool. It is a recipe.
The ingredients are easy to buy. Flour, eggs, butter, sugar. Anyone can stand in that aisle and fill a cart. The AI tools are the same. Easy to find. Easy to install. Everyone has the same aisle to shop in.
But a cart full of ingredients is not a cake. The recipe is what turns them into something. The order you add things. The temperature. The step you cannot skip or the whole thing collapses.
That is what a workflow actually is. Not the ingredients. The method. The part that decides what happens after the first step, and the step after that, until something real comes out the other end.
Most people are still standing in the aisle, buying more ingredients. Wondering why nothing is baking.
From the Studio
Something is happening behind the scenes right now. I am activity building the Blueprint AI Workflow course. Not just writing it. Testing it, live, with real businesses.
Here is what that means for you. Three to five spots open right now to build this system with me. We'll start with your defined customer, Customer avatar, prepare an ad that is targeted to them, we'll set up a lead generation ad, then automate it to sending out information directly to your customer. Your customer get the information immediately and you have a lead to follow up with.
The reason I'm doing this is simple. Every niche breaks the recipe down a little differently. What works for a coaching practice does not always work for a clinic. Watching where it bends and where it holds is the fastest way to make this genuinely useful for everyone who takes the course. If I do it on my system, it's easy because I have everything set up and ready to go.
If this sounds like something you need, or someone you know, have them reach out. Learn more about the Blueprint.
Prompt of the Week
This one comes straight out of the recipe idea from today's Big Thought. Start with the task, not the tool. Let the task tell you what you actually need.
— — —
"I am working on this marketing task: [describe the task in one or two sentences]. Do not suggest a full strategy. Instead, break this task down into its individual steps. For each step, tell me what kind of AI tool or capability would help, and why. Flag any step that still needs a human decision and cannot be handed off."
— — —
This flips the usual order. Most people ask "what AI tool should I use" before they know what the job actually requires. This prompt makes the task lead. What is your outcome? The tools will fill in the missing pieces.

Start there. Just one thing. That is the move.
You've got this. And now you've got the tools to prove it.
