Hi Reader,
Every Monday I bring you one thing worth knowing and one thing worth trying.
Let's get into it.
The big thought...
It's been a beat since we've touched base, life has been lifing! I still feel drawn to share these tidbits of information on how I see AI in marketing and in our business.
Now, into my big thought!
A client came to me. She had posted several times a week across a handful of social channels for three months. Reels, emails, carousels, all of it. She was tired. And nothing was really converting.
We stopped right there. We did not open the content calendar. We did not look at click throughs. We opened with one question. Who exactly are you talking to? Who is your ideal customer?
If you sat down with your customer over coffee, what is the conversation? What are they concerned about? Where does your product or service fit and at what time of day? Essentially, where are they in the buying process right now? (meaning what is their mindset about your product?)
We asked that last question more than once. Because the answer changes. It's that question where you keep asking WHY.. Until you truly don't have an answer. At the end you find the final why is so big and life changing.
Here is what I see with almost every entrepreneur who feels behind. First, they are not behind. They simply have not delivered the right message at the right time. You cannot serve everyone in every moment with the same words. You have to know your customer first, and where they stand in relation to what you offer.
We are never going to get this perfect every time. But we can get close. If a customer has shown interest but has not purchased, AI tools and workflows can help surface why. Maybe they need more proof. That might mean a testimonial, a free trial, a video, or an article that answers the question they are still sitting with.
AI can help with this. I understand if it feels confusing. All the data is there. The skill is knowing which pieces to pull, and setting the right tools up once so you simply get the results and can reach out at the right moment. AI can track where people are engaging. It can draft the follow-up. It can help you keep pace with someone who is always moving. But it cannot tell you who your customer is. Only you know that.
Know your customer. Then let AI help you keep pace with where they are. That is the move.
Worth your time this week.
4 Consumer Behaviour Shifts Shaping Customer Journeys in 2026 (Bundl, Ritza Suazo)
This one is written for huge brands like Google and Starbucks, but watch how closely it lines up with what you learn in Module 3. Proof moments, shifting loyalty, journeys that never really end. The scale is different but the pattern is not. [Read article]
From the Studio
This week I am opening founding enrolment for The Infinite Customer Journey. This is a small but powerful course I've put together that really sets you up for success. AI can help you catapult in so many directions but if you don't start with the right foundation, you'll find yourself on the wrong planet!
Three modules, three weeks, one small cohort of twenty. A new module drops on demand every Sunday, so you move through it in your own time. Then on Thursday we get on a live call together to discuss that week's topic and work through whatever is coming up for you. We start Sunday, September 6, with the first live call Thursday, September 10 at 1pm PT.
Here is what I see over and over. An entrepreneur runs an ad, it does not convert, and they decide the ad failed. But usually the ad did its job. It got seen. What failed was the message underneath it. It answered the wrong question, or answered the right question at the wrong moment. That is not an advertising problem. That is a setup problem, and it is fixable.
Module 1 is your story and your voice, the one thing AI cannot invent. Module 2 turns that into a brand book Claude can actually use, so your content sounds like you every time. Module 3 is where we identify the top techniques for speaking to your customer at the right time, so what you say actually answers what they are standing there wondering.
This is all done with my expertise as a Marketing Director, Brand Director and Entrepreneur. I have worked in e-commerce for 20 years, it’s all variables. Now with AI tools helping you, you are able to really identify and speak to your customers as an advertising team, even when it’s just you!
I am keeping this cohort to twenty people on purpose. That is small enough for me to really delve in and help each person, not just teach in a room.
If you know someone who would find this useful, forward it their way. I would love to have them in the room too.

Prompt of the Week
This one comes straight from the framework we teach in Module 3, The Customer Frequency Wave.
Paste a description of your ideal customer here: {insert client data here}
Then ask your AI Chat:
— — —
"Based on what I told you, which state is my customer most likely in right now: First Spark (a stranger notices you for the first time), Curiosity (they want to know more), Trust (they start to believe you might be able to help them), Resonance (they see real proof and think, this is for someone like me), or Drift and Return (they step away for a while, then come back). Then suggest one piece of content that would meet them exactly there."

Do you know someone who would find this useful? Forward this email to them and they can subscribe below.
Start there. Just one thing. That is the move.
You've got this. And now you've got the tools to prove it.
