Hi Reader,
Every Monday I bring you one thing worth knowing and one thing worth trying.
Let's get into it.
The big thought...
For the last few years, using AI as a small business owner meant going to it.
Opening a chat window. Switching tabs. Copying and pasting between tools. Asking it something, getting an answer, then doing the actual work yourself in a completely different app.
It worked. But it was one more thing to manage.
Last week that changed.
Anthropic, the company behind Claude, launched Claude for Small Business. And it is exactly what it sounds like. Claude now works inside the tools you already use. QuickBooks. PayPal. HubSpot. Canva. DocuSign. Google Workspace. Microsoft 365.
Not a new app. Not another thing to learn. A toggle you turn on inside Claude, and it connects to your existing stack.
Here is what that actually means. Claude can now check your QuickBooks cash position, chase overdue invoices, draft a marketing campaign, generate the Canva assets, and send contracts out for signature, without you leaving the conversation. Note: I’m still not onboard with sharing anything too personal. Be careful what you upload.
The COO of Purity Coffee said it well: "Not only could it problem-solve for me, it also showed me problems I didn't know I had."
That is the shift. AI used to wait for your questions. Now it can move through your business alongside you.
I have been teaching this approach all along, Claude as your hub, your thinking partner, the place that knows your business. This launch is AI finally catching up to how the smartest small business owners are already working.
You were ahead of this. Now the tools are catching up.
Worth your time this week.

Why Most Entrepreneurs Are Using AI Wrong, and Staying Overworked (Entrepreneur Magazine, May 09, 2026)
More tools is not the answer. This piece makes the case for going narrow and deep, one hub, used well, instead of collecting apps that never quite connect.

From the Studio
This is exactly what I have been building inside the AI Signature Series for Women Entrepreneurs.
Claude as your hub. One place that knows your voice, your goals, your business. Skills and tools you connect to it. not the other way around.
The Claude for Small Business launch proves the direction is right. But you do not need to wait for the full integration to work this way. You can start now, with what is already there.
Here is how I set it up:
Step 1: Open Claude and create a PROJECT for your business.
Step 2: Upload the documents that matter to your FILES. your brand voice, your offers, your audience.
Step 3: Connect to the apps you already use. Under CUSTOMIZE then CONNECT YOUR APPS.
Step 4: Start one conversation. Brief Claude on what you need. Let it work.
The goal is not to master everything at once. It is to build one system, one step at a time, that actually knows your business.

Prompt of the Week
This one is simple and surprisingly clarifying. Use it when you feel like you are doing too much manually.
─ ─ ─
"Look at my week. Here is what I do on repeat: [list 3–5 tasks you do every week]. Which one of these is most repetitive and most ready for AI right now? Give me one specific tool and one specific next step to try this week."
─ ─ ─
Start there. Just one thing. That is the move.
You've got this. And now you've got the tools to prove it.
