Hi Reader,
Every Monday I bring you one thing worth knowing and one thing worth trying.
Let's get into it.
The big thought...
My Squarespace site broke last week. Not crashed, just broken in that quiet, infuriating way where one thing stops working and you cannot figure out why.
I did what most of us do. I opened an AI chat to troubleshoot. It walked me through a fix. The fix created a new problem. I asked AI about the new problem. That solution created another one.
Forty minutes later I was three layers deep in a loop I had not asked to enter.
Here is what I want you to know if this has happened to you: it is probably not you. AI is actively changing the software we use, often faster than the platforms can keep up. The tools are shifting under our feet. The loop you are stuck in is not a sign that you are bad at this. It is a sign that the ground is moving.
Take a breath. Step away for an hour. Come back fresh. That works more often than another round of troubleshooting.
Worth your time this week.

"Technology might make us faster. It might make us smarter. But it will never make us more human."
That is Seth Godin. This is the most important sentence in marketing.

From the Studio
In Session 1 this week of the live AI Signature Series, I touched on something that stopped people mid-thought. A full AI marketing team, inside Claude, ready to brief on any project.
Now let’s go in a bit deeper. Here is how it works. You set up a Claude Project for whatever you are creating. A blog series. A LinkedIn presence. A launch campaign. The Project is your container. Everything lives there.
You build each Skill once. Then you pull whichever team member (the skill) you need into any Project you are working on. The Copywriter always sounds like you because Use Style is trained on your voice. That is the move.
Step 1: Build your Skills (Marketing Manager, Research Analyst, Brand Director or whoever you need) once inside Claude they are always there.
Step 2: Create your Use Style, in this case your copywriter.
Step 3: Create your Project. Name it simply: Weekly Newsletter.
Step 4: Open the Project, start a new conversation (prompt), and call in whichever Skill you need.
Flow Example within the Project:
- /marketing-manager — brief the topic, audience, platform, goal
- /research-analyst — research the topic using that brief above
- Use Style (Copywriter) — write the draft in your voice using everything gathered
- /brand-director — review and flag anything off brand
- Prompt in Gemini or ChatGPT for the image/ (Claude is not great for images)
Within every step you are directing and editing the process. You decide how this flow works, this is not absolute.
This is what we are building in the AI Signature Full Series. Not just how to use AI. How to build with it.

Prompt of the Week
Most AI prompts fall flat because they are too vague. This five-part structure fixes that. Copy it, fill in the brackets, and leave part 5 exactly as written. That last line is what turns a decent prompt into a great one. Credit: the amazing Sabrina Ramonov
